DESCRIPTION: Monocomponent electroinsulating varnish based on alkydo-melamine, stove drying resins.

BENEFITS:
Excellent adhesion on cooper, aluminium, iron, pertinax, glass-textolite;
Very good resistance to fresh water, ammonia, to gasoline, lubricants oils and similar compounds;
Good flexibility and elasticity of the film abtained after drying;
Excellent hardness;
Excellent resistance to acids and bases;
Excelent resistance to temperature, continous exposure: 80 - 150°C;
Insulating class: B - for colorless - 130°C; F - for greenish - 155°C.

APPLICATION METHOD	brush. immersion or vaccum pressure
CONSUMPTION	10m2/kg/coat
DRYING TIME	in thin film: 15 minutes at 150°C; in depth: it applies the following treatment: 2 hours at 80°C + 3 hours at 100°C + 1 hour at 110°C + 2 hours at 120°C + 2 hours at 150°C.
PACKAGING	metallic can of 18kg and 20kg
