DESCRIPTION: The special road marking primer is an acrylic, one componenet, solvent - based primer used for impregnating and fortifying concrete and aged asphalt surfaces.
BENEFITS:
Stabilizes the substrate by infiltration and fortification; Improves the adhesion of any type of road marking paints to the substrate (concrete, asphalt); Insulates the base against humidity and water activity.
